Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. U.S. Shipping Only

Patriot Nutz currently ships only within the United States.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping may not be available to certain U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes depending on carrier restrictions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost, delayed, damaged, or arrives incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at nutguy@patriotntuz.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of damaged items or packaging, if applicable

We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Patriot Nutz is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or reshipped packages.
