Refund and Returns Policy
At Patriot Nutz, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns on opened or consumed items. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or unsafe to consume, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To request a return or replacement, please email us at nutguy@patriotntuz.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable
We may request that unopened items be returned before processing a refund or replacement.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us at nutguy@patriotntuz.com.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Opened food products
- Products marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Promotional or giveaway items
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at nutguy@patriotntuz.com.
